Many of you will watch the Nicholson family from Cannon Hall on the much-loved TV series On The Farm, all set on the family farm in Yorkshire.

Their new cookbook, written by Richard Nicholson, features everything from traditional recipes which are reminiscent of the Nicholson family's  childhood, to easy mid-week meals that anyone can cook.

Every recipe celebrates the seasons and British farmers, and in this festive special, Richard shares two recipes you can try out this Christmas.
