A farm in Lancashire has featured on a Saturday afternoon game show where contestants take part in fun challenges to earn cash prizes.

Stephen Mulhern, a television presenter who has featured on the likes of Britain's Got Talent and Catchphrase, visited Horrocks Moor Farm on Scout Road in Bolton for ITV's In for a Penny.

The game show aired on Saturday (May 4) at the farm's diversification business called Skipadoos - a secure field where owners can book to bring their dogs for walks and exercise.

Lydia Westhead-Painter and her family own the farm.

She said filming had taken place back in July.

Skipadoos as a business started in 2017 due to the number of attacks on sheep from dog and a lack of secure field space specifically for dogs, according to Ms Westhead-Painter.

During the show, owners took part in games with their dogs with a chance to earn £100.

Ms Westhead-Painter said the chance to meet the Deal or No Deal presenter and take part in the filming had been enjoyable.

The episode is still available to watch on streaming platform ITVX.
