With millions of followers on Tik Tok and thousands on Instagram and X, all have watched Charlotte Ashley, a beef and sheep farmer from Cumbria, fulfil a long-term dream to turn the farm into a dairy unit.
Last week, Charlotte and husband Roy welcomed the new herd of Jersey cows onto the farm, and in this podcast, she talks about the decision to move into the sector and the couple tackled the planning, the building of the new shed and their route to market.
