Mark Burton, CLA regional surveyor

Mark is a chartered surveyor and fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers who currently leads on infrastructure advice and policy at the CLA. Mark sits on the NESO Land Access and Consents Working Group and the CBI Planning and Infrastructure Working Group. Mark's current work includes supporting CLA members affected by major infrastructure projects such as East West Rail and the Vyrnwy Frankton pylon project, and feeding into the Planning and Infrastructure Bill.

Samuel Nobbs, senior rural surveyor, Bidwells

Samuel specialises in rural development, compulsory purchase and landlord and tenant work. Samuel has been involved in unique planning and development projects, including strategic estate reviews and farmyard redevelopment schemes. He is instructed by a range of landowners across southern England, and has a specialism in undertaking development appraisals for rural diversification projects.
