Stuart Maggs is a chartered tax adviser and head of tax and private client services at Howes Percival. He advises farming families, landed estates and business owners on inheritance tax, succession planning and estate management. He is recognised as a leading authority on the Government's changes to inheritance tax and, in 2024 gave evidence to Parliament's Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee on the impact of the changes on family farms.

Martin Williams, Herefordshire arable farmer

Martin is a farmer in Herefordshire on a mixed farm. He has been involved in farming advocacy for some time, through involvement with the AHDB Monitor Farm network, and more recently throughout the Inheritance Tax debates.
