#Farm24 Ambassador: Emma Gray

Introducing Emma Gray who, alongside her husband and son, farm 680 acres on the Isle of Bute.

They have 700 crossbred sheep put to terminal sites to sell store lambs.

They also run a herd of hill cattle, mostly blue greys and Angus who are put to the Angus Bull to calve in the spring.

They are the first organic farm on the island and also specialise in training sheepdogs and run an online training school.

Emma is very pleased to be a #farm24 ambassador and hopes to help engage people with agriculture.

Emma heavily relies on social media to portray the good the bad and the ugly of farming on a Scottish island.
