Charlie Winship is the animal manager at a farm park in Lincolnshire.

He works with a variety of reptiles, birds of prey, meerkats and reindeer, but Charlie is happiest surrounded by livestock - the rare breeds in particular. He helps to run breeding programmes for the Rare Breeds Survival Trusts and helps to train animals as a part of our zoo license.
