New planning reforms to take over land labelled a 'threat' to British agriculture

Ms Rayner, who is also Housing Secretary, said she will ensure shovels can be put in the ground more quickly, without ‘unnecessary bureaucracy, to boost the economy, create tens of thousands more, build more houses and provide more clean energy infrastructure.
