Offered in two models of 585hp and 653hp respectively, the Mercedes-Benz powered range can be ordered as a dual-wheeled or tracked variant. Power is delivered through a ZF-sourced CVT transmission giving it the claim as the most powerful production CVT tractor. Like other high-horse power launches, Claas says the 12 Series has been developed for expansive arable markets in Eastern Europe, the USA, Canada and Brazil where the demand for wider implements to cover more area with less labour are consistent business challenges. Due to its overall width, UK buyers of the 12 Series will only be offered the tracked variant
