Harvest on the Farm producers said Mr Owen helped with filming segments of harvest season alongside farmer Dave while farmer Rob was recovery from hip surgery in the summer.

Mr Owen was seen as the 'perfect' replacement to help with the harvest season with his knowledge of engines and tractors, farmer Rob added.

Cannon Hall Farm said the first episode of the show will focus on wheat farmers which delves into the age-old craft of corn dollies and British brewing.
