From the editor: Through these testing times, we are here for you

Whether it is reporting on crucial sales from the cattle markets, keeping an eye on global trends at a time of such economic flux, or, closer to home, letting you know which of the summer events are still going ahead or have been cancelled, Farmers Guardian will strive to bring it you all.

This week's Farmers Guardian, available on Friday in print or Thursday evening via the online app, will provide an overview of the latest impact of coronavirus on the industry, as well as keeping you informed of all the latest goings on in an industry that never stops. It will also include a bumper tractor and machinery magazine as you keep planning for the future of your farm business.

On a daily basis, fginsight.com will have regular updates on all the changes affecting UK agriculture, as well as a continuously updated list highlighting the status of major shows which are planned for over the spring and summer.

The Farmers Guardian team will be here for you throughout this strange and unsettling period, and if you have any suggestions on what more we can do please contact me here [email protected]

Take care.
