'No change at customer level' as Carr's Group sells ag supplies division

Carr’s Group has announced it has entered into an agreement to dispose of its interest in the Carr’s Billington Agriculture stores to Edward Billington and Son Limited for an aggregate consideration of up to 44.5 million.
