The Farmers Guardian Podcast: Oxford Farming Conference special

Defra Secretary Emma Reynolds and Farming Minister Dame Angela Eagle were in attendance at the Oxford Farming event, along with their counterparts from the devolved nations, to discuss policy and current issues - such as the reopening of the Sustainable Farming Incentive in June.

They were joined by a large group of protesting farmers who made their presence felt via a cacophony of tractor horns while MPs were speaking.

Meanwhile, Mia Willemsen was enjoying some much-needed positivity at Oxford Real as she was serenaded by Charlotte Church and heard about all the latest in organic, regen and diversification.

We also caught up with NFU president Tom Bradshaw as he reflects on a turbulent two years as leader of the farming union and why he is determined to stand for re-election when members vote next month.
