Emily Norton, AHDB's new chair talks about restoring farming confidence and the future of the levy board

This week we meet Emily Norton, the new chair of AHDB. Emily discusses her career to date and how she intends to use her time at the levy board.

Now three months into her three-year tenure, Ms Norton said her number one priority was to bring back a sense of confidence to an industry undermined by more than just the shift in agriculture policies.

"All of the expectation around supply chains is changing. The whole trade picture is changing - there is so much transition going on it is so hard for farmers to get a grip of it all," she said.
