The Royal Welsh Show was bursting with positivity last week as more than 250,000 visitors poured in to the Builth Wells event.
With a new government in place, and a new First Minister and Farming Minister who both know plenty about farming, farmers were talking about the future with a sense of hope and renewed confidence that at last they had a government which understood the needs of the industry.
