Farmers Guardian and the Tenant Farmers Association (TFA) are carrying out a joint survey to better understand the real-life implications of the proposed changes to IHT

Share your views on how the changes are directly or indirectly affected your farming business. The survey will include questions on eviction risk, paused investment, shorter tenancies and delayed communications with landlords and land agents.
