Brock launch new wheel-rim range

Essex-based Brocks Wheel and Tyre (BWT) have launched its first wheel brand, the 3S. The new venture comes as Brock looks to manufacture a wheel design that follows a three-principle specification which creates a smart, strong and safe wheel system.

With greater demands for road use and increased load capacities, wheels have to endure a number of stresses and strains in daily use, leading Brocks to incorporate a ten-year warranty with all their wheel options.

Looking to make it easier for operators to manage tyre pressures throughout the working day, the 3S will come fully compatible with the manufacturer's 3S location and pressure sensor system.  A standard feature also includes wheel nut indicators to aid daily safety checks.

Amongst forming pressed wheel centres that meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications, the wheel rims also incorporate valve guards and an additional hole on the outside of the rim to improve the safety of strap and shackle handling.

Prospective buyers will be able to choose a number of tyre manufacturers to shod their wheel rims but Brock's preferred wheel rim tyre choice is Bridgestone's VX tractor tyre. To showcase the manufacturer partnership, Brock's Business Development Director, Eugene Brock took the companies John Deere on a 590-mile journey to the product launch at the Royal Highland Show.
