Gavin Faber, specialist private wealth disputes partner at agricultural law firm Roythornes, said: "A recent case we have been working on involves a 120 acre (48.6 hectare) farm, a will potentially made without capacity, and clauses possibly inserted without approval. It is causing major problems for a traditional farming family, which is incredibly sad to see."
It seems a day rarely passes without the press reporting on a dispute over a will or inheritance. Disgruntled siblings, spouses and others arguing they were mistreated often fill the columns with complaints...
