Jane Lindop BVM&S CertEP MRCVS
Jane had worked at Wales Veterinary Science Centre in Aberystwyth as one of our Veterinary Disease Investigators since January 2024. As part of her role she specialises in livestock disease investigation, post-mortem examinations, and diagnostic support for veterinary practitioners and farmers across Wales. As part of the WVSC's veterinary team, she contributes to the surveillance and diagnosis of endemic, emerging, and re-emerging livestock diseases, helping to strengthen animal health, welfare, and national disease monitoring.
Prior to joining WVSC, Jane worked as a veterinary surgeon at Bell Equine Veterinary Clinic, one of the UK's leading equine referral hospitals and outside her role for WVSC she also provides equine diagnostic reporting through Axiom Veterinary Laboratories, supporting veterinarians with specialist laboratory interpretation.
Sara Robson, Regional Veterinary Adviser, MSD Animal Health
Sara is a veterinary surgeon from a farming background with a particular interest in beef and sheep production. After several years in practice in the North East, she joined MSD Animal Health and has spent the past three years as a Regional Veterinary Adviser covering Scotland and Northumberland.
She is passionate about working with vets, farmers and the wider industry to improve livestock health, productivity and sustainability.
