Welsh farmers face double-edged sword as SAF application window opens

Farmers can apply for either the Sustainable Farming Scheme or the Basic Payment Scheme, and not both

The application window has now opened for farmers to claim support payments in Wales to produce world-class and protect the environment, but they can only apply for one scheme. Deputy First Minister...
