Farming Minister Mark Spencer, speaking on Farmers Guardians Over the Farm Gate podcast, has urged farmers to take another look at the Environmental Land Management (ELM) scheme after changes were announced to the scheme.
Farming organisations welcomed the clarity over the scheme as well as increased accessibility for tenant farmers.
