Abby Forsyth, 26, is development and well-being chair for the Scottish Association of Young Farmers' Clubs. She is from Whithorn in Wigtownshire. "There can also be challenges surrounding farmers being able to take even a 30-minute break or getting off-farm, which is a real problem."

I grew up in Wigtownshire but now live with my fiance on his family's farm just outside Annan. For 12 years now, I have been a member of Stewartry Young Farmers' Club, joining as soon as I turned 14....
