Working in Agriculture, where the unpredictability of life meets the volatility of nature, my journey has been one of embracing resilience at every turn. Currently studying Agri-Business at Harper Adams University and on a placement at Wilson Wraight, I've woven my passion for the industry with a dedication to overcoming challenges. Leading the Harper Adams Football Club, I've translated lessons from the field into strategies for resilience, leading charity initiatives that mirror my commitment to community and mental health awareness. My pursuit of an Ironman triathlon—embarked upon with zero prior experience—serves as a metaphor for the resilience required in agriculture and life: confronting the unexpected with determination, strength, and an unwavering belief in the possibility of triumph over adversity. All of these achievements have been driven by my passion to raise awareness about mental health within our industry. I hope to bring not just theories but lived experiences of resilience, aiming to contribute to our understanding and capacity to thrive within the agricultural sector.
