Take part in the 2012 Dairy National Mastitis Survey for your chance to win a Musto Snug Shore Jacket - worth £120

Once again Dairy Farmer is working with the Cobactan National Mastitis Survey to understand the mastitis challenges which face your herd.

Dairy Farmer supported last year’s survey and around 1300 of you took the time and trouble to provide information which is analysed by a vet to give an invaluable insight into what happens onfarm on a day-to-day basis.

Sharing information will help to understand the problems and challenges which herds face, and help recognise the improvements being made.

As a special bonus each completed form will go into our grand draw for no less than 20 ‘Musto Snug Shore’ jackets, worth £120 each. Just spend a few minutes to tell us how your herd is performing, how you measure mastitis, set targets and work with your vet, and you could be in the running to win one of these great jackets.

20 ‘Musto Snug Shore’ Jacket - worth £120 to be won!

These jackets are showerproof, windproof, breathable and warm. They are ideal for wearing dock side or on board. The Polartec fleece lining provides warmth and comfort and the technical performance of the jacket will also benefit race teams and crew.

To take part in the prize draw entries must be received by the March 30, 2012.

Competition entry rules

  1. The prize draw is open only to GB residents excluding employees and their families of the promoters, MSD Animal Health, their agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
  2. No purchase necessary. The form must be received by Friday 30th March 2012.
  3. Only one form is permitted per farm.
  4. Entries via agents, third parties are invalid.
  5. No responsibility is accepted for incomplete, lost, delayed, damaged or illegible forms.
  6. The winners will be picked at random in an independently supervised draw from all the eligible forms and will be notified by Friday 27th April 2012.
  7. There are 20 prizes of a Musto Jacket to be won.
  8. There is no cash or other alternative available in whole or part.
  9. A prize of equal or greater value can be substituted at the discretion of the promoter.
  10. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize.
  11. The decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s names will be available on request. Entry to the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
