Widest Lely tedder
VISITORS to last year’s Agritechnica may have seen the concept tedder on the Lely stand.
Called the Lotus 2010, and offering a working width of 20m, the machine will be further evaluated during 2009.

In the meantime, the company used the Dutch Agrovak machinery show to launch a ‘smaller’ 15m version.
Known as the Lotus 1500, and added to support the 1325 (13.25m), the newcomer offers a working width of 15m.
Successfully tested during the course of this year, the company says it is ready to go into production for the 2009 grass season.
Designed to operate at speeds of 10-15kph, even when coupled to a 100hp tractor the machine is capable of outputs as high as 15ha/hr.
Prices have yet to be released.
