There is a well known saying, 'no pain, no gain' and that will be ringing true in the minds of Milk Link’s 1,600 producers, who are on the brink of reaping just reward for 12 years of loyalty and investment.

Reading in the press one would be forgiven for thinking that Dairy Evevt and Livestock Show was just a plain "dairy event" and that the livestock side did not exist, especially that provided by the Rare and Native breeds which filled over half of the Livestock Hall. I am not sure from the native breed perspective that it is cost effective to continue to pay to support such an event if they are effectively going to be ignored and receive absolutey no publicity from the mainsteam agricultural press
