CHAMPION butcher’s beast was the 560kg Limousin-sired ‘Oor Rob’ from Gavin Scott, Linlithgow, West Lothian. Bought in Carlisle, the steer beat Neil Slack’s (Penrith) lightweight heifer Lady Gaga, bred by W.Richardson and Son by a Limousin sire.
