THE independent company which deals with Farmers Guardian’s Reader Offers has been put into administration and is no longer trading.
We were informed on April 16, 2009, the company, Corocharm Ltd, which has no connection with FG, other than providing our Reader Offers service, is no longer trading. It provided similar services to many publishers.
The company has informed FG it has tried to resolve as many outstanding issues as possible, and others will be dealt with by its administrators.
FG will be working closely with Corocharm’s administrators to resolve your queries. Please contact the Farmers Guardian team on 01772 799 452 if you have an outstanding query or email us on fgorderqueries@ubm.com with details of your order.
Regrettably, Farmers Guardian is no longer able to provide a Reader Offers service. To avoid any disappointment, please refrain from placing any future orders through Farmers Guardian’s Reader Offers, either from catalogues, adverts or online.
We very much regret this unfortunate situation, which was outside our control. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
