ProClean nozzle improves container rinsing
NOZZLE manufacturer Hypro has engineered a container cleaning nozzle for sprayer induction hoppers, that is said to improve cleaning ability, reduce wash times and reduce water consumption compared to existing triple rinse and power washing systems.
The nozzle is called ProClean and uses five fan jets – four to spray the inside of the can and the fifth jet to provide a steady, slow rotation of the nozzle – to thoroughly rinse the inside of the chemical container.

Hypro is using the same technology to develop a tank wash version of ProClean using 360-degree jets.
The ProClean nozzle is expected to cost £35.
