New and improved Lite-Trac makes debut at LAMMA
HOME Farm Services has further refined its Lite-Trac tractor that can be fitted with an assortment of demountable equipment, as seen at LAMMA.
Paul Macavoy says that they are focusing on producing and supporting the tractor for other manufacturers to mount equipment on the 5m long platform.

The Lite-Trac 2400SS uses a Cummins 240hp engine running through a Dana transmission offering six forward speeds and three reverse. Air suspension keeps the operator sitting comfortably at the top sped of 50kph.
Those with a sharp eye will spot that the cab comes from New Holland and the tractor is ready for GPS controlled steering.
The model shown has been sold to Landquip and will be fitted with a 6,500 litre spray tank complete with 40m booms. The minimum spray tank size is 5,000 litres and the gross vehicle weight is rated at 24t.
The price of the tractor is £98,000.
