Welsh Sheep 2005 chairman is renowned sheep breeder Pat Tantrum – a very familiar face at the Royal Welsh Show and Winter Fair where he has been a cattle steward for many years. He has spent his farming career with his wife, Bernice, at Penllys, Newbridge-on-Wye, and in 2001 received the John Gittins Award for services to the Welsh sheep industry.
