JX tractor range gets Tier III engines
CASE-IH has upgraded the remainder of its JX tractor range with Tier III emissions compliant engines.
The JX60, JX70 and JX80 models get four-cylinder 3.2-litre muscle to replace the three-cylinder Iveco 8000 series engines previously used.

Power outputs are 60hp, 72hp and 80hp respectively.
Benefiting from 600-hour service intervals, the four-pot motors produce up to 40 torque rise, and are coupled to either 12x4, 12x12 or 20x12 synchro shuttle transmissions offering 30 and 40kph road speeds.
At 3000kg, the rear linkage lift capacity is common to all three models, and this four-wheel drive JX80 version with 12x12 transmission costs £27,671.
