Angharad is society student of year
THE Royal Welsh Agricultural Society’s Student of the Year award for 2010 has been won by Angharad Haf James, of Castell Du, Llanwnen, Ceredigion, a student at Carmarthenshire’s Coleg Sir Gar, Gelli Aur campus.
She was chosen from three entrants for the award - one a fellow student at Coleg Sir Gar and the other a student at Coleg Meirion Dwyfor, Glynllifon.
Award criteria
The award is open to candidates who have completed NVQ Level III or BTEC ND/NC,
C and G certificate/diploma courses in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal nursing, horse management, countryside management or other land-based management courses.
