SERIOUS bolt-loosening muscle needs a serious tool, and the SA686 one-inch square-drive impact gun from Sealey Power Products appears to deliver the muscle, but without excessive weight or being clumsy to handle, says the firm.
Using a composite and aluminium housing, it weighs 8.1kg, while soft-grip handles help to isolate the operator from excessive vibration and chill effects. Twist controls allow easy selection of speed and direction while its twin hammer function delivers copious amounts of power and high output for large fasteners.
