Alistair Butler wins innovation award
THE winner of the innovation award at this year’s Pig and Poultry event, a competition inviting young people to suggest marketing concepts for pig and poultry products, went to Alastair Butler from Halesworth, Suffolk.
His proposal was to balance the demand for pig carcasses through promoting pork shoulder as a home cooked hog roast.
The competition, new for this year’s fair was run by ABN.
