BETTER late than never is a phrase which seems oddly appropriate when applied to British farming at the moment.
Genus ABS farmer of the year announced
THE winner of the Genus ABS RMS farmer of the year is Kenny Campbell from Castle Douglas. Mr Campbell, of W.A. Campbell Co, runs a herd of 420 cows, which averages 8,500l litres.
The award is the only one in the industry which recognises improvements in fertility management.
