Cousins reduces V-Form subsoiler’s transport width
Cousins of Emneth has tweaked the design of its V-form subsoiler to include a new rear roller frame design. The roller is now carried from the top instead of the roller axle ends.
Overall width for the five-leg, 3m model has been narrowed. Previously it had an overall transport width of about 3.25m, despite having five legs at 600mm spacings. The company has streamlined its range, replacing the 2.75m and 3.25m models with a true 3m machine.
Depth adjustment is via the rear roller using a series of pin and hole adjustments rather than turnbuckles. The 3m V-Form costs £10,040.

By unlocking the export potential China offers the pig industry, not to mention the red meat sector as a whole, we could gain entry into a marketplace which comprises a fifth of the world’s population.
