News that land is expected to reach almost £50,000/hectare (£20,000/acre) by 2020 is a double-edged sword for the farming industry – and for our PR beyond it.
Blackpool set for superhero invasion
BLACKPOOL braced itself on Saturday afternoon as 4,000 young farmers prepared themselves for the biggest night in the YFC calendar.
With superheroes the theme for the 2009 AGM, the caped crusaders were already making their way down to the beach to get the party started.
Superman, Spiderman, the Invincibles and a host of other comic book heroes were just a handful of outfits on show. The FG team were also making last minute preparations as they put the finishing touches to their own superheroes - FG Man and FG Woman.
