THIS is a no yeast savoury bread which can be created from scratch to the finished loaf in about 50 minutes. I love to bake this bread in mini loaf tins, however you can bake this bread in one large loaf tin, this will take an extra 20 minutes or so in the oven.

Broccoli and Stilton soup: Chop up one onion and leek, crush two cloves of garlic and cube a small potato. Lightly fry without browning and add enough water to cover. Add a vegetable stock cube and simmer gently for 20 minutes before adding the head of a chopped broccoli. Simmer for a further five minutes and then blend. Add half a cup of cream and 100g of Stilton and return to the heat for a further three minutes.
