A treble for Reece’s Creamery
It was a successful day for Reece’s Creamery, which scooped three gold awards in the farmhouse cheese classes.
CHEESE from the creamery run at Malpas, Cheshire, won prizes in the sections for traditional Caerphilly cheese, single Cheshire white block and Single Caerphilly block.
The creamery, founded in 1886, is part of the Milk Link group and sources its milk from local farmers.
The best farmhouse Cheshire cheese trophy went to Carron Lodge of Inglewhite, Preston, while Dewlay Cheesemakers of Garstang, Preston, were awarded the Lancashire cheese trophy.
