Formed in 1997 by David Butler who realised that the existing providers of this service were not catering for the changing market place.

Agriculture and the rural economy were changing rapidly and as such rural businesses need to restructure and obtain cost effective advice to help them cope with that change.

Land and Estate Agency
The rural property purchaser has specialist needs. Our team of surveyors and negotiators will strive to fulfil these by providing a personal service with a knowledge of the local and national market. We would be happy, without obligation, to discuss both the sale of land and property. We also provide a property location service for the discerning purchaser with specialist needs. Our knowledge of the market allows for rapid access to specialist agents active in this sector and to properties possibly not available on the advertised market. We carry out Valuations on properties/land for sale; rent; probate and taxation purposes.

Alternative energy
Having located sizeable Wind Farm facilities and negotiated Options and Leases for major utilities and also promoted sites to developers for individuals and groups of farmers we are well placed to negotiate Wind Farm Agreements. The market is changing and we are now assisting in promotion acquisition and development of small scale sites. There are opportunities in Biogas, Bio Mass, as well as small Hydro schemes.
