We require a dedicated and experienced herdsperson for a 220 cow unit near Coldstream.

This modern mixed farm, which enjoys a stunning location, has plans of investment in infrastructure over the next few years. The British Friesian herd is milked 2x/day through a 16/16 Alpha parlour and averages 7500ltrs.

Concentrating on the cows you will undertake milkings, herd health work, heat detection, record keeping and general stock tasks being a key part of the team. A.I and foot trimming skills are highly desirable but a dedicated, hard working attitude, cow minded approach along with good communication skills are a must.
